Robert Kearns is the current bassist for Lynyrd Skynyrd. Lynyrd Skynyrd was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame on March 13, 2006. In July 2008 at the Bama Jam, in Enterprise, Alabama, Lynyrd Skynyrd performed in front of and more than 111,000 people in attendance.
