Every once in a while we like to showcase some custom wedding guitar picks that are ordered by our customers. Wedding picks are becoming more and more popular as a wedding item, so we get to see a lot of different types of designs! Custom guitar picks are great as a wedding item because they are small and make the perfect keepsake (especially if you have a lot of musicians at your wedding!) They can represent a couple’s love for music and they can be customized in a variety of ways, including dates, colors, photos, graphics, quotes, etc. The picks shown here were made on our acetal material, with a beautiful flower graphic, and simply the date as a perfect reminder for the guests of the special day spent with the couple. Check out our wedding pick site at http://www.customweddingpicks.com/!

Sometimes we get so caught up in featuring our different guitar pick and custom pick items, we forget to showcase our other guitar accessories! For example we offer two types of guitar polish; Pro Lemon Oil Polish and Pro Shine guitar polish. You may be wondering what the difference is between these two items and what would work best for you. Here is some further info:
Pro Lemon is an oil-based shine. It can be used to polish your guitar or piano, even your furniture, and condition your fret board.
The Pro Shine guitar polish is special, as it will not lead to any wax build-up from continual usage.
Both are non-toxic. Be sure to shake guitar polish before applying. Both products offer the same high quality finish for your guitar; it is just a matter of personal preference for which one is chosen.
To order your Pro Lemon or Pro Shine polish, visit http://www.steveclayton.com/polish.php today! Both items are available for only $4.98 per bottle!

Here at Clayton, we love to learn about some of the creative ways that customers use custom printed guitar picks, and we have one to share with you that is perfect for the holidays! Our customer, Amanda, orders custom picks to be made into earrings that she sells online. You can check out her website, www.Earrpix.com. We love how she has the picks printed here, but then she assembles the earrings herself, adding beads and metallic swirls to give them a very professional and stylish look. She has created some specialty designs just for the holidays too! See some examples below:
These earrings make for a wonderful gift idea! The following is an excerpt from Amanda’s site that describes the earrings:
“Like the guitar itself, the pick has become an art form. Small in stature, the most sought-after concert will come to a silent halt without the band’s lead and rhythm players each grasping a tiny plectrum to command their instruments. We share your appreciation, and present our line of signature Earrpix Earrings. Whether worn in tribute to your favorite guitarist, to the beauty and splendor of the music created with them, or just because they are fun, interesting, and sure to invoke a smile and comment whenever worn, pick a pair or two and make your own statement.”
Today we wanted to show off some of the creative wedding guitar picks designs that our customers have created! Custom wedding picks have become a very popular item, and they are used as favors, decorations, gifts, thank-you’s and announcements! Let your creativity loose by creating a really unique design like those shown below:
To the far left, the pick design mimics the opening title of The Simpsons TV show, but of course is replaced by the couple’s last name. This is a full bleed design on our acetal material guitar picks. For the middle pick, the couple chose to use a caricature of themselves (also full bleed art on acetal material). For the pick on the far right, the design is a very pretty bird and anchor graphic, and on the back of the picks is printed the couple’s names, their wedding date, and the the phrase “Flying High and Steady.” These were done on our white pearl picks, which helps to showcase the beautiful colors of the graphic and gives the picks a very classy “wedding look.”
Because of the popularity of wedding guitar picks, we have made a new website specifically to share designs and ideas; www.customweddingpicks.com. You can contact us directly with questions regarding wedding picks or how to order at email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you. We would also love to feature more ideas on our site, so if you are interested please let us know!

Today we are pleased to feature a blog about Rien ne va plus, a band from Austria that loves Clayton products! Rien ne va plus were formed in 2008. Due to the experience of every single band member
they decided to record their first demo cd, without having had one single live gig prior to the recording.
With the help of Lost Dreams, Rien ne va plus made substantial progress with their studio work, and so the demo was released at the end of September.
A short time after the release, Rien ne va plus got the chance to be the only support of Soulfly, based on the excellent feedback of their fans and the good reviews of a few online magazines. Furthermore, RNVP were voted under the Top 3 of Earshot magazine’s reader charts.
Shortly after that a new member joined RNVP: Mr. Able, on the turntables. A lot of great shows (and festivals) followed; for example the supports of Biohazard, Volbeat, Papa Roach and Exilia.
In 2012 Rien ne va plus went to Hollywood to record their new cd with the grammy-nominated producer Ulrich Wild, who worked with such bands as: Pantera, Limp Bizkit, Deftones, White Zombie and Static-X.
Rien ne va plus were supported with features by Shifty Shellshock (Crazy Town), Tony Camposs (Soulfly, ex-Static-X)– who even played the bass on the whole album–, Zoltan Farkas (Ektomorf), and Steven Medina Hufsteter (Tito & Tarantula).
So, while the songs are now in mixing process, Rien ne va plus is looking forward to getting things started! They wrote to us to let us know that they are proud to play with Clayton picks!
Check out this awesome YouTube video of RNVP:
And their photos with Clayon picks! RNVP, thank you so much for your supporty and loyalty! We appreciate you and all those like you who love their Clayton picks!

In addition, the ultem pick that is included in the variety pack is a rounded triangle shape, in case you decide that the oversized pick is preferential to the standard shape. Three of the materials in the pack are picks that we also offer for customization- the acetal, ultem and Duraplex (also called colored delrin) so if you might want to order custom printed guitar picks, you will know which pick you like best for that!
