Looking to add some variety and warmth to your custom guitar picks? Try switching your design color to brown! Lately we have noticed some very nice brown designs being submitted by our customers, and we wanted to show them off. If you are creating a custom design for our colored picks, you are limited to using black only, but if you are working with any of our white picks, or our ultems, you are open to a whole new set of color choices! Shown in the image here are a white delrin pick, an acetal pick, an ultem pick, and another acetal (left to right). The design on the white delrin is a full color, full bleed design, which means that the design runs all the way to the edge of the pick. The acetal picks represent both a full color and single color design. The ultem is a great example of how a brown design can look great against the tan color, since ultems may have black, red, and/or brown printed on them. So, if you are thinking that black is out and brown is in, try your custom design today at www.claytoncustom.com!

This week we have another pick on our Acetal material! This one is by a artist named Bleu.

His is an accomplished musician and his song “Somebody Else” is featured on the “Spider-Man” (the first one) movie sound track. That is quite impressive! To find out more about him visit his social networking sites:
The picks were actually ordered as a birthday gift for him. His crew came up with a very unique way in which to present them to him. We thought it was such a great idea! Those Clayton picks sure look yummy!

Are you looking for a bright pick that will catch people’s attention? Or maybe you just want a very specific color for your guitar picks? Give our colored pearls a try! We offer colored delrin custom guitar picks, but sometimes we find that customers are looking for a very specific color that is not available in delrin. Also, the colors of the delrins are dictated by the gauges (for example, red = .5mm gauge), but sometimes someone is looking for a color of pick in a different gauge than the one offered for colored delrin. This is when we recommend the colored pearls because they come in a very wide variety of colors, and several gauges. For our colored pearl picks, we offer .3, .5, .63, .8, 1, 1.26, and we have both standard and rounded triangle shapes. Colored pearls make great wedding picks, because they can be matched to the color scheme of the wedding, and they have a classy, marbleized look. Design your custom colored pearls today…but don’t forget to make sure that your design is in black ink only!! Custom Design Site.

This week we have a beautiful Nature Guitar Pick on our Acetal material by the artist G. Kishore Carey. He is a worship artist, and has a recent album out titled “Contagious.” If you visit his website you can learn more about him and even purchase his music from itunes. Below is his bio”
“Kishore is able to engage and encourage congregations of all sizes to give their hearts and spirt to God in worship. From juvenile detention centers to Walter Reed Army Medical Center and in many church sanctuaries in the Greater Washington D.C. area and beyond, Kishore has been blessed to minister in all types of venues. Starting in high school and working continually at craft and art, Kishore is writing songs with an honesty and raw-ness that betrays his Christian cultural upbringing and exposes a heart that seeks to honor God in word and deed.”
It is great to hear how someone uses music to inspire and help others!

Are you looking to design a custom guitar pick, and you have a very specific color in mind? We want you to know that if you are designing a Clayton custom pick, and your choice of pick material is white, you are able to choose single color printing and have any color you want on your custom guitar picks! Shown here are the three types of white guitar picks that we offer, which include white delrin, acetal, and white pearl. Most customers who are choosing a single color design will pick black, but these are examples of customers who wanted another color for the print, and the pricing is the same! To have this option, all you have to do is choose “one color” for the print color options in our custom design page, and then click on the color box to choose which color you want for the print. If you use text in your custom pick design, the text will automatically be the color that you choose. If you have a graphic, the Clayton team will convert it to the color that you want! This can be an especially great option for wedding picks. Sometimes, the colors of picks that we offer do not match exact wedding colors. So, instead, you can choose a white pick and have your design printed in a color that matches the wedding scheme perfectly! Design your custom pick today at www.claytoncustom.com

We have just endorsed Patrick Vega, and are thrilled to have him join the program! Patrick plays instrumental guitar music,
which to be honest I haven’t really heard to much of. Now that I have heard his music, I definently like it! It is very put together, flows amazingly, and you don’t even miss any singing in it! Patrick is kind enough to share his skill by teaching. Also, this is something really neat we haven’t seen until he showed us, www.pickbay.com. This website makes a necklace with a pendant that holds your pick, how awesome is that?! And with every order they send you one of Patrick’s custom made picks (which he orders from us). You can find out more, and hear Patricks music by going to his website http://www.patrickvega.com/.
